haha, look at phillys record this year without iverson, the percentage is lower than houston without mcgrady.

Parker and Ginobili are elite players in the NBA right now, I dont know how else to put it. If you watch the spurs play, you will see. They are a huge part of the reason the spurs are so good, not just duncan.

Basically, this is my arguement right here, this is why I say Iverson is the best player in the NBA:

IF YOU TAKE AWAY ALLEN IVERSON FROM THE PHILADELPHIA 76ERS AND PUT IN ANYBODY ELSE, GARNETT, JAMES, DUNCAN, MCGRADY, BRYANT, SHAQ, OR ANYBODY ELSE, THEY WOULD BE ONE OF THE WORST TEAMS IN THE NBA. WITH IVERSON, THEY WERE 1.5 GAMES OUT OF 3RD PLACE.

Btw, in the last 26 games, the sixers are 22-4 against the cavs...

Yes I know Parker and Manu are great players but they are not top ten or fifteen so I dont call them "stars". They are good players who work very hard and it pays off for them and there team.

And as far as taking Iverson out and putting in Kobe, James, Duncan or McGrady instead and them being of the worst teams....WTF ARE YOU SMOKING!!!!!! wow dude just wow you put Kobe, James, or T-Mac in there I GUARANTEE they would be going to the playoffs! GUARANTEE!

And 22-4 in the last 26 might be right, but thats a STUPID stat you bring up because prior to James they werent shit...if anything that just proves the significant turnaround that James has made! Watch him walk all over Iverson tonight...now go offline and think of your next reply just drop it bro lets wait till the game at least.

half those games were with Lebron, buddy...

And if you put those players instead of allen iverson, they wont be the worst team, i may have exagerrated a bit, but THEY WOULD NOT be nearly as good as they are now.

Duh dude why dont you write the exact numbers down then? here I'll do it for you....

2003 (Lebrons Rookie Season) Cleveland 3-1
2004 (Lebrons Second Year) Sixers 3-0
2005 (Lebrons Third Year) Sixers 2-1 (Plus Tonight)

So ONLY 10 games with Lebron so far and Sixers Lead 6-4 and it might be 6-5 after tonight so you know where to stick that 22-4 bs, and that "Lebron was there half the time" bs!!! get your facts straight!!!

They wouldnt be "nearly as good" I think you are still exagerrating cuz he could do much more than what Iverson has.

Like I said before your comparing a player who in his 3rd season at age 20 has turned a franchise completely around!!! to a player who at that age was struggling for playing time at fukkin' Georgetown!!!!!!!!!!!

struggling for playing time?! He averaged 33 minutes per game and was a first team all american!

OK,i was wrong about the sixers-cavs thing, i thought they play 4-5 times per year. But we shall see tonight...

either way....Georgetown vs. Taking Cavaliers to the playoffs!!! Dont say Ilguaskas is all star etc...cuz he's not the one scoring 31pts 6rebs 6assts a night, not to mention a handful of Triple-Doubles already!!! Man imagine in a few years what this kid will turn into, no one will even remember Iverson after what he will do!!!

Nothing just accept the fact that Lebron has FAR exceeded ALL expectations and is clearly something better than Iverson, just zip! no more further arguments left for you.

And you keep bringing up lebron's stats. There are 4 major statistics in the NBA, points, assists, rebounds, and steals.
                      Points- Advantage Iverson
                      Assists- Advantage Iverson
                      Rebounds- Advantage James
                      Steals- Advantage Iverson
So statistically, Iverson is CLEARLY better than James.

And i didnt even know this, but Lebron only has 5 more double doubles than Iverson! And iversons were much more difficult because getting 10 assists is much harder than getting 10 rebounds. Only 1 player in the NBA is averaging more than 9.5 assists per game, while there are 11 players averaging more than that in rebounds!

Just because he has exceeded expectations that means he is better than Iverson? He is a GREAT player, but Iverson is better.

Theres actually 5 major stats you forgot blocks...and you cant just name the stats and say advantage him therefore he's better. or "clearly" better as you say. and I didnt say he is better because he exceeded expectations he is better because of his numbers, and taking his team who is nothing even with "all star" Ilgauskas who was there before Lebron and they still sucked ass to the playoffs! Can you not face that? obviously not, just put the crap aside and believe it...your beloved little Iverson is not what he used to be, will discuss further after the game getting tired of this...

I said STASTICALLY HE IS CLEARLY BETTER! Ok, Lebron has more blocks than him because he is much taller. So 3 to 2, and 3 > 2, SO STATISTICALLY, IVERSON IS BETTER! STATISTICALLY!
So unless you are blind or HORRIBLE at math, you should see that.

And tonight they are getting Larry Hughes back, so that is four really good players that lebron has, Drew Gooden, Flip Murray, Illgauskas, and Hughes. That is a STACKED lineup. And then Damon Jones knocking it down from 3-point range...

And then look at what iverson has to work with, the slow webber.......THATS IT!

Also, clevelands defense is MUCH better than phillys, philadelphia allows over 101 ppg, cleveland only 95. So that also shows how much more lebron has to work with than Iverson.

Ok well lets compare them "STATISICALLY" shall we....

                                Iverson 32.8 pts, 3.3 rebs, 7.5 assts, 2 steals, no blocks, 45%FG
                                James 31.5 pts, 7.3 rebs, 6.7 assts, 1.6 steals, 1 block, 48%FG

And keep in mind this is a 20 year old vs an All-Star Veteran and I said James had 6rebs 6assts until I looked it up and its actually more like 7rebs 7assts wow By the way add those 5 stats together and Lebron has 48.1, and Iverson 45.8 if that means anything, and dont cry about rebounds and height because as someone who is 6'1'' myself I learned if you correctly position yourself and box out you can grab quite a few, more than 3 at least! ESPECIALLY if you play 43mins a game!!!

SO you say "statistically" does that mean adding how many they have advantages in and saying "3-2 Iverson is better"? sorry but thats a retarded statement! Ok points Iverson is only 1.3 better and takes more shots, rebs well NO COMPARISON, assists only .8 better for someone who plays point guard to a frequent Small Forward!!!, blocks again no comarison, and steals is pretty much tied with Iverson only .4 ahead, PLUS he shoots better from the field!!! So the ones Iverson leads in are SLIGHTLY better so you give me that 3-2 NONSENSE.

By the way Iverson averages 25.4 shots a game and Lebron 23. So you decide what he could do with that "2 shots" maybe pass him with assists and points both!!! I cant put it in front of you any more CLEARER just look at those numbers and RECOGNIZE fool, check yo'self.
