    Top 2 Captains

    It's a mix between:

    Maldini
    Raul
    Gerrard
    Terry
    Totti
    Zanneti
    Del Piero
    Giggs
    Puyol

    my vote goes to:
Il Capitano Francesco Totti: stayed his whole careers in an average Roma team, making the team look great. turned down glorious opportunities from better team for his local club and is still their best player by far and makes the most difference when it matters. you can talk shit about his attitude, but he is a very active member of helping poor kids and disabled people too. great man. great captain

runner up is Steven Gerrard. this guy made a very very average Liverpool side win a CL. has won every single Liverpool trophy in the last decade by himself and his last minute goals. He may beat up a DJ, He may dive sometimes, but he is the ****ing shit. turned down huge $$$$$$$$$$$$ from Abraamovic and is Mr. Liverpool

    -----------------------------------------------------------
Maldini has been great, but he was in a top team his whole career, no reason for him to leave
Terry didn't help Chelsea when they needed him the most. probably the most crucial moment of his career.
Raul was an awesome leader, but he is becoming the second Ali Daei by playing for too long.
Zanneti can't win it because he didn't play all his career in there.
Giggs is the captain of a very great team, but he is not as influencial as the other ones

    what are your opinions ?

how can you choose gerrard after what he done of the pitch?

and he only decided against the chelsea move after your fans were burning dolls of him and threatening him and his family

Giggs was never full-time captain. He just stepped in because of Gary Neville's annoyingly long injury problems since 2007.

                Roy Keane. Second to none!

just cause he recieved an offer it doesn't mean he is not loyal.

and he stated clrealy : "How can I leave this club after such night with such beautiful fans".

                      how is everyone under-rating TOTTI :| ?

Steven Gerrard actually had handed a transfer request and wanted to join Chelsea...and this happened days after the CL win too.

A few burnt effigies, death threats, and a bigger deal from the club changed his mind.

that one guy from southampton, i forgot his name (le tisser?), he had the chance to go to top clubs but turned them down and stayed at southampton his whole career. now that's loyalty. those players you listed are loyal too, but it's not exactly hard to be loyal to top clubs
