2009 PFDC Fantasy Basketball League

It took 7 weeks, but it looks like someone will finally beat me, ending my hopes for an undefeated season. Congratulations.
But considering your team had 6 more games than me this week and I just picked up an injured Redd, I didn't expect any differently. Winning a battle doesn't mean much if you can't win the war.

yeah, the only question now is if I will beat by a 9-2 or 11-0 margin this week, and as far as injuries go, I missed Morrow in the beginning of the week who was out for a family death and missed a couple of games, and bargnani who was out for one game with a bum ankle, so i really only had 2-3 more games played than you which is pretty normal for one team or another to have more of depending on which week the matchup takes place. And it doesn't really compensate for the beating you are taking in almost all of the categories (and I have 3-4 rookies playing for me, no Kmart and a very poor Devin Harris coming off of his long injury). You could have kept Maggette or AR but I doubt that would have done much, maybe the loss would have been only 8-3 or 9-2 then.

I already took all your missed games by those guys into consideration in coming up with the 6 game total. If I counted those, you initially had a good 10 game advantage on me this week, which is insurmountable even for a team of 13 Lebron and Kobes.

You got the win becasue Kobe got injured. As a matter of fact I can remember one play when Kobe shot a 15 footer and it hit the rim but gasol rebounded it and hit it himself, that miss by Kobe by itself gave you the points catagory. Now imagine all the stuff bynum and gasol got because Kobe couldnt play like himself!

Yea, I had a slow start cause my most valuable players apart from Durant and WIlliams had recovered from bad injuries, like Al Jefferson who was slow at first but this week got a Triple double , Jonny Flynn is coping with the NBA and this week gave me 25 assists in 3 games which is very high considering he is a rookie and Rambis is Jackson's monkey playing triangular offense and expecting poor flynn to have alot of assists. once Griffin gets 100% I think I will have a good shot at the league.

well I'm surprised that no one noticed that the best two teams are matched up this week in what should be a very interesting battle....My task is made even more difficult this week due to the fact that Behzad will have 9-10 games more than me in the matchup over the course of the full week, so we'll see if I can overcome that hurdle.
