2009 PFDC Fantasy Basketball League

hey if this doens't turn into a 5-5 or close, his team needs to be benched against shahin since it won't make a difference if shahin takes all the 11 points. Obviously behzad doens't care about the league. He hasnt arranged his players for like a gizzilion years and I dont think someone else should take the hit. I really like behzad and his bro but this is what Ben did last year just going MIA on our asses and I dont think it is the responsible thing to do.

I am not worried about myself now. From hereon I can take 2 out of 3 matchups easily, but I am worried the "greatest (bubble team) ever ", masoud or chrispaulless mojo to be penalized.

Its simple. Masoud please:

1) for his next week matchup vs ommy and his last week against yourself put his players in the "same" arrangment they were when he didnt show up at all. I now 3 of his players were on the bench constantly so just bench those players

2) against shahin bench his players. so what if shahin wins 11-0? wont change a thing

3)irrelevent! but plesae dont put JR Smith back in the free agency pool. Its not fair to anyone if someone else picks him up

I agree, this seems to be the fairest solution. I also agree about the JR Smith part since he may be a hot commodity. Everyone else you can go ahead and drop back to the FA pool today.

I would like to think top6 becasue all the moves I made recently were becasue I was afraid of not being able to make to the playoffs which would not ahve happened if I knew it was top8 However, since I dont want BS trades between playoff teams and the hopeless teams, I want them to have some hope and hold on to their players

this is the worst league ever.. no wonder we can't in reality improve, cause ppl just change their mind middle of a season and they just dont stick to the rules.. harki harchi delesh bekhad... should change the league name to khar to khar league not PFDC league.. and think about it u noobs, how could u have 6 teams in the playoffs. unless u decide to if ppl dont change their mind the #1 teams gets a bye in the first round.

The way it was last year, and the way its supposed to be is that the 1st and 2nd seed get byes in the 1st round, with 4th and 5th playing each other, and 3rd and 6th playing each other.

Here is Yahoo's default settings, showing that only top 6 of 12 make the playoffs:

That's how it was last year, and everyone in this league was under the impression that we are playing based on last year's settings, as Masoud said in his original post. Why Masoud changed it to 8 without informing anyone initially, I have no idea unless perhaps it was a mistake.

It's ok to make mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes. It's unacceptable to make mistakes and then not correct them at other people's expense.

this has been a pretty messed up year, with the GBBA incident and the benching and the voting on the playoffs..honestly if we made GBBA decent from the start we wouldnt be in this mess
