Is there any one out there still claiming La liga is better than EPL ?

this year , there was a big fuss about La Liga and how it will be the best league in the world. well IT IS NOT. It has two amazing teams, who should play twice this season to identify the champions. Villa Real are having a terrible time, so are Athletico Madrid. Sevilla lack consistency and always get hammered against Barca. Valencia are incapable of beating a 10-men Gijon team and may I go on.


on the other hand we have EPL

Chelsea who arguable have the best squad in europe and their link up plays are joy to watch.

Man U, who I hate so much but are strangely strong. Giggs is a living legend who is just getting better. Rooney is a beast too. so is Evra and they always make awesome performances week in and out. professional team. well they get some love from the refs and FA too but who cares

Arsenal, who are known for their free flowing football. too much hurt by injuries, but still crush aside any La Liga side other than Barca and Real.

Liverpool, the team who make UCL entertaining every year, with possibly the best striker in the world, always make entertaining games.

Man City, a team who help UTD without their 3 strikers (Ade, Robinho, Cruz)
Spurs, very similar to Valencia, are going to go down without Modric.

people argue Aston Villa is out of Europa League already, so what
did you even see the squad they played in those games. so much quality.

everyweek there is at least 3 highly entertaining, competitive games in EPL, while in La Liga it is very much diminished.

EPL is, and still be the best and more entertaining league in the world.

La Liga is filled with teams with fantastic attackers and shite defenders, hence why nekou and shojaei score so much! i think EPL is better but none can compare to the MIGHTY IRAN PRO LEAGUE.

i still say la liga is better... the very fact that you had to open this thread proves it. games like todays man u-citeh happen all the time in derbies in spain, but today people were shocked about how exciting the manchester derby was.

- just because real madrid and barca strengthened doesnt mean the other teams got weaker, so the league actually became stronger overall
- real madrid and barca keep winning la liga, but when was the last time a team other than man u or chelsea won epl?
- in champions league spain has 6 teams who make it on and off but epl has 4... so this doesnt mean epl as a whole performs better in champions league... it just means the distribution of power is more evenly spread in spanish teams.. but i agree in the past couple of years epl has edged la liga in champions league.. but lets not forget spanish teams won the most champions league of all time
- la liga is more competitive because most teams hate each other and want independence so they use football as a political tool and play extra motivated
- the lower ranked teams beat/outplay the higher ranked ones more often in la liga/overall it is more unpredictable
- la liga has the most goals scored overall and is the most attacking league in the world
- la liga has the best players
- la liga has a better playing style.. more skillful/technical

the epl one is biased, you only included given so you could have more teams, van der sar, cech and reina are better than him. arshavin can't play in midfield in a 4-3-3, and that midfield would be shit defensivly without a defensive player (essien). so in reality, the epl all star team only features 3 teams too.

the epl one is biased, you only included given so you could have more teams, van der sar, cech and reina are better than him. arshavin can't play in midfield in a 4-3-3, and that midfield would be shit defensivly without a defensive player (essien). so in reality, the epl all star team only features 3 teams too.

my friend ur either blind or have never heard of shay given before today. hes bloddy brilliant man he plays good in almost every single game
