My betting strategy worked:

But I put a -1 handicap DRAW bet on every single game. So I needed every team to either win by 1 goal for me to win, or draw go get my return. Only way I could loose if if a team wins by 2 more more, that's why I didn't bet on Arsenal (highest likely to win by 2 or more). THIS IS WHAT IT HAPPENED...

Aston Villa - Chelsea / $1 = 6.5
Everton -Wolverhampton / $1 = 3.8
Man Utd - Bolton / $1 = 3.8
Portsmouth - Tottenham / $1 = 5.5
Stoke - West Ham / $1 = 3.6
Sunderland - Liverpool / $1 = 3.8

Therefore I spent $6 to win $27, I won if a team won by 1 goal, or got my money back if they drew. So... my return was = $23.2 + $1 for the Everton tie.

BUT my next strategy is to do this on an accumulator, which would mean instead of $27, we are talking about a few hundred dollars, I hope that works because it would be much more profitable.
