So it seems like Haddadi is done in Memphis before he even started

Last years was the time for him to develop and adjust to the game and apparently he has not done that in the coach's eyes.

This season he is the 4th... that's right the 4th center behind Gasol, Thabeet and Hunter...
You know you are doomed when Hunter gets minutes over you. So even an injury to Gasol or Thabeet would not help Hamed.

Gasol is also having great season which is leading to him getting basically %90+ of the playing time as center.

I think Hamed's only hope now is being picked up by a struggling team from a city with a large Iranian population as a way to attract more fans. ***Cough*** Clippers/Knicks ***Cough***

yea he needs to go but they're not giving him enough playing time for other teams to pick him up

its really unfair and not because he hasnt done good, but its purely an upper management decision that tells the coach not to play him. The coach has actually said good things about him but because of this Thabeet #2 pick hype, they have to play him

Memphis's coach is one stupid sob, their management is even mroe stupid. last year they got Hamed, this year they got Thabeet and they dont play them at all, FFS if you dont need a Center other than Gasol why the **** you keep getting one every season?
lastly Thabeet aint getting playtime either, tonight's match even got to OT and Thabeet the #2 draft pick got 54 seconds.

I expect Haddadi to be traded sooner or later. He actually has somewhat positive trade value in the league right now, even despite his limited playing time. There are a lot of guys in the NBA with big time negative trade value due to their contracts and limited upside. A high upside big man with a reasonable contract like Hamed would be desirable by at least half the teams in the league right now.

Gasol has come back in great shape this year and his performance so far has shown it. Apparently he dropped 40 pounds, and looks like an above average starting NBA center. Thabeet is heavily invested in and going nowhere. I expect Memphis to trade Haddadi for draft picks or as part of a bigger package requiring the salary structures to match. I really think the most ideal fit for him would be Houston, he could flourish there.

they dont play thabeet cuz he sux balls....only reason they play him is cuz they're forced too, he costs them games.....haddadi on the other hand has done well every time he's come on, so i dont understand the hate

i believe at this point he's better off in another team....alot of teams need big men, memphis has 4 for no reason...they only rely on 1

I just saw a shot of the bench during the Golden state game and he was sitting on the bench in a suit.
                      what a waste...

poor guy, he should really move to a place that really need a backup center. The 76ers would be a perfect place for him ... Haddadi is a solid player, and I'm not saying this cause I'm Iranian or anything, but he really has done well with the limited time he's had ...

I would like to see Haddadi in Miami, a team desperate for size, I hope he gets consistent playing time

well good news is hunter didnt play either and thabeet only played 3 min. which he managed 2 turnovers and a foul, nothing else

thabeet is really shit, yet its not a problem cuz he's #2 pick, yet haddadi has done well every time he came in
