Lmao at your replies . First of all thanks for the support . First person to call me after the game was my Iranian bro in law. Just got home a little while ago . Celebrated of course, but not as much as you'd think, as we're not in yet. Today's game doesn't buy us a single goal on Wednesday, only another chance after we were left for dead.
Not sure how my heart didn't stop in those final minutes. Suffice to say I'm glad it didn't . It was hard to keep the faith there near the end. I found myself praying aloud for literally 15 minutes straight, and I'm not exactly religious . Funny how that happens. I couldn't believe it when we scored. Hard to describe the feeling. I'm sure it felt something like Azizi's second goal down under. I never roared/screamed whatever the hell it was that loud in my life. And there were tears. How soft is that ?
