I guess not or else we wouldnt be having this discussion.
I know you play soccer so you should realize that it was just a reaction, I know personally many times I have handled the ball because I try to do everything I can to keep it in play and sometimes you do things which you dont even realize you did till afterwards.

no he didn't say that exactly:
"Naturally I feel embarrassed at the way that we won and feel extremely sorry for the Irish who definitely deserve to be in South Africa," said the 32-year-old Frenchman.
"There is little more I can do apart from admit that the ball had contact with my hand leading up to our equalising goal and I feel very sorry for the Irish.
"I have said at the time and I will say again that yes I handled the ball. I am not a cheat and never have been. It was an instinctive reaction to a ball that was coming extremely fast in a crowded penalty area.
"As a footballer you do not have the luxury of the television to slow the pace of the ball down 100 times to be able to make a conscious decision. People are viewing a slow motion version of what happened and not what I or any other footballer faces in the game.
"If people look at it in full speed you will see that it was an instinctive reaction.
"It is impossible to be anything other than that. I have never denied that the ball was controlled with my hand. I told the Irish players, the referee and the media this after the game."

and this guy says everyone should simply get over it, which I agree with since this isn't the first or last time that such a thing happens in sports (even with video technology in the NFL for example calls are routinely blown):

Roy Keane has lambasted the Republic of Ireland's attempts to get their controversial World Cup play-off match against France replayed.

AND THE FACT THAT HE HAS ADMITTED HE HANDLED THE BALL INTENTIONALLY NUMEROUS TIMES SHOULD PROVE TO YOU THAT HE DID IT INTENTIONALLY!
God damn it why I have to prove something that has been admitted by the one who did it? I guess Im becoming an idiot like kids on this forum.

Whether you think that he is lying or not is another matter, but stop mischaracterizing what Henry himself said...

you need to read what Henry wrote again because you are in some sort of denial. neither me or Henry or denying that he handled the ball, however you seem to misunderstand the scenario and the fact that it was a split second reaction.VISCA EL BARCA

Henry: “A replay of France-Ireland match would be fairest”
Barcelona striker and France international Thierry Henry has stated that a replay of the France-Ireland match would be the fairest solution to the controversy surrounding the World Cup playoffs between the two countries.
Catalan newspaper El Mundo Deportivo reported that Henry made this statement today, hours after FIFA rejected calls from the Football Association of Ireland to stage a rematch of Wednesday’s second leg draw of the World Cup qualifying playoffs. A handball committed by Henry in extra time allowed his team mate William Gallas to equalize for the French, earning them a 2-1 aggregate win and sending France through to next year’s World Cup finals in South Africa.
Henry publicly admitted the handball on Thursday and apologised to the Irish squad in his recent statement, saying that: “Naturally I feel embarrassed at the way we won and feel extremely sorry for the Irish who definitely deserve to be in South Africa. The fairest solution would be to replay the game but it is not in my control. There is little more I can do apart from admit the ball had contact with my hand leading up to our equalising goal and I feel very sorry for the Irish. But I am not a cheat and never have been. It was an instinctive reaction to a ball that was coming extremely fast in a crowded penalty area. I have never denied the ball was controlled with my hand. I told the Irish players, the referee and the media this after the game.”
Meantime, Barcelona manager Pep Guardiola stated in a press conference that Henry’s spirit to win is correct and, although he would not be proud of such action, he believes that Henry’s handball was not intentional : “It’s obvious it was handball and I believe it was instinctive. I have absolute certainty that the referee did not see it. In such exceptional make or break situations, it wouldn’t be a bad thing to use the video to decide.”
GRACIAS PEP

This is pupil, kindly learn to read the full quote especially the part where he states the exact opposite of what you have been childishly crooning about before you embarrass yourself further by conflating your opinion with fact, which at your age should be a rudimentary process:

THAT'S WHAT HE SAID, GENIUS, WHETHER YOU BELIEVE HIM OR NOT IS YOUR PREROGATIVE BUT DON'T TELL ME THAT HIM SAYING I "UNINTENTIONALLY HANDLED THE BALL" IS HIM SAYING I CHEATED AND DID IT INTENTIONALLY WHEN HE SAYS THE EXACT OPPOSITE. THIS SHOULD NOT BE A DIFFICULT CONCEPT FOR YOU TO GRASP.....
ps. Masoud Jan none of this is personal of course, and I appreciate being matched up against you in fantasy basketball
