    Anyone see this?: unbelievable sportsmanship

A game in Italy's Serie B yesterday featured a rare instance of fair play, with Ascoli allowing Reggina to score uncontested.

Actually the Italian Federation is looking to penalize both teams.

italians are good sportsmen, its the jealous haters who always have to come up with bogus conspiracy theories against them

2006 world cup had been long overdue and well deserved considering how they lost in 90, 94, 98 (all penalties) and 2002 (korean cheating) world cups

                sarcasm...eh?

well i dont know about anything before 82, but they didnt deserve 86, in 82 they won, i think 70 they lost to brazil in the final...

90 they lost to cheating argentina that played anti-football
94 baggio was player of the year 2 years in a row..that was italy's best, brazil got lucky baggio was injured for the final and god knows why ZOLA did not play a single min. that game
98 well it was france's home turf and eventually they became champion
2002 we all know that was a penalty for italy...clearly totti was hit in the box, but ref decides to red card totti which made no sense...everyone knows korea cheated that year

I dont get it..why did some players stand still before the first goal?

EDIT; some player got booted, got it.

They stood still because they were trying to get the ball out of play to tend to an injured player and thought it was going out but Ascoli intercepted the ball before it went out and attacked the goal and scored. That's why Reggiana players were so mad (Ascoli not doing fair play fo the injured player although they made up for it by giving up the goal afterwards).

Thank GOD it didn't happen in Iran...Enayati would have missed the empty net.

But it did happen with TM once. Iran was playing I believe Denmark in a friendly...when a player from Denmark picked up the ball with his hands in the box because he heard a whistle. But that whistle turned out to be a fan...so Iran missed the penalty on purpose.

OR we didn't miss it on purpose but it was another one of Borhani's trick penalty kicks
