Prandelli's suggested he would have preferred to have played a much easier team in the last 16. The Italian coach was keen to focus on the game against Milan as he leaves talk of the Bayern clash for the future.

"When we knew about the draw with my players in the dressing room we said to each other that it would have been better to have finished second," he told the press.

"Anyway, our thoughts have to be regarding the game against Milan on Saturday. The last time we thought about games in future, we forgot ones closer to home.

"The game against Milan is worth double for the future."

1. VfB Stuttgart (GER) - FC Barcelona (ESP)
Barca will own.

2. Olympiacos FC (GRE) - FC Girondins de Bordeaux (FRA)
Bordeaux will outscore.

3. FC Internazionale Milano (ITA) - Chelsea FC (ENG)
Chelsea are too damn good, and will prob. win the CL.

ACF Fiorentina (ITA)
Fiorentina need to maintain their form in the groupstage against a weak Bayern.

5. PFC CSKA Moskva (RUS) - Sevilla FC (ESP)
Tight matchup but Sevilla has the scoring power.

6. Olympique Lyonnais (FRA) - Real Madrid CF (ESP)
It will be tight, but Ronaldo will bail us out.

7. FC Porto (POR) - Arsenal FC (ENG)
Arsenal are on fire.

8. AC Milan (ITA) - Manchester United FC (ENG)

barca created just as many great chances as united did and lets not talk about the first leg and united parking the bus.

3. Reflecting on chelsea' group stages performances I wouldnt say they are too big favourties as Barca or Real to win UCL. Porto played great against them in both games and their defense was exposed so many times, they beat 4-0 atletico that was 18th in the table and draw 2-2 even when they were in the relegetaion zone. and they played 2 tough games agsinst APOEL. they are certainly not stronger than last 2 seasons thats for sure.

4. weak bayern? they raped juve away from home. and with ribery and robben they can challenge any team (except barca, they are no match ).

Milan wil win against Man-UTD. They've only won their CL games with a single goal, except against Wolfsburg Away. And only 1 home victory! [which was close to a draw]

im happy we got fiorentina, not because they are a less well known team, but because they are not a very fast team and not the most creative.

our defense line is slow and vulnerable, so any team with speed will be dangerous for us (barca being the biggest threat obviously)
and our performance against bordeaux(fast) and juventus(slow even though highly experienced), both legs showed this as well.
i hope we advance and some other italian team advances again, so we can meet them next

i will be happy with a quarter finals appearance, a semi finals will be excellent, anything more than that is beyond imagination.
