and FA can't give a ban since the referee saw the incident and got the ball to Pompey. i Ref sees it and don't react, FA can't impose a ban.

same with Bosingwa kicking Benayoun last year.

Fabregas is still a youngster excuse me. and this was last year if im not mistaken and gerrard is a well experienced and respected player.
at least fabregas doesn't rise his arm at other players
