German are always slow starters, but you can never rule them out of the competition. Brazil have a strong belief and hunger under Dunga, and Spain have nearly the perfect team with all the players at 'world-class' level.

England will only have a chance if Rooney is fit. If he is not playing, then it will be a mediocre team.

I WANT England to win the World Cup. Can they? Yes. Will they? I don't know.

probably spain for 2 reasons
1)spain has a good team and is on form
2)almost all other world powers are in poor shape: argentina, france, germany, italy.

lol Maradona winning the world cup hehe I don't care how many stars he has on his team, the guy has almost no experience what so ever and wants to win the WC? No team with an inferior coach can win the WC and among its rivals, Arg certainly has the weakest coach on their bench. That's like winning the WC with an amature goal-keeper.
