could someone explain me about Sport Hernia ?

i'll watch all real madrid training pictures and i see kaka has no problem on the pitch. but everyday real madrid official website announce that he's still injured with a Sport Hernia.

it's happened after eliminating from the CL and we didn't see kaka after that.

so any of you can tell me what is Sport hernia and where in the body suffers. and usually how much time needed to recover from this injury ? it's more than 1 month ?

don't know the details of it

but Torres screwed his Hernia back in October and had to sit out for 4 weeks.
but he didn't need a surgery for it. apparently, for some players, it will be with them for the rest of their career and for Kaka it's the case from what I've heard

I got it in Football 2 years ago and I had a surgery being out for 2-3 months resting after but till this day I get it at random times especially when I'm training or playing hard and it's not as bad as the initial, the docs say it is just a twitch and after a week's rest, I'm good

Had it couple times last year.
