not really, for the past decade only man utd among those teams has been consistently good.
barca started 2 - 3 years back and real madrid hasnt been doing jack for past 6 years or so...

before that, wat did they do to claim they played the best football? they won the CL in 1991! in the next 14 years, they made it to the semis of CL only thrice out of which, they made it to the finals once in 1994...!

the 90s and early 2000s were predominantly real madrid, ac milan, juventus and bayern! ofcourse the other teams were not barge choghondar...
