I feel sorry for Drogba, he might score the most goals in the group stages and maybe 1 more level, but Ivory Coast has a garbage defense which will cost them.

I'd say Messi too but dunno if Argentina will use him like Barca, they might ask too much of him. So far only Rooney has a team that properly supports him. I'll still go with Messi only because he is too good.

my top 3 choice:

David Villa (always performs for the NT, a lot of providers around him)

Robben (Netherlands will tear up their group, only Denmark can challenge them, and Robben will be key in scoring a lot of goals)

Higuain (Messi plays deeper for the NT, and is more of a provider, so he can use Messi to score a lot of goals against other teams)

Despite the fact that Torres nd Villa (and any other spanish forward, for that matter!) will have the best service from midfield, i dont think it will be ANY spaniard. Why? because there are SO MANY focal points for attack! Their goals can quite feasibly come from ANYWHERE. Torres, Villa, possibly Xavi and Iniesta, even Ramos, Alonso, fabregas.... because of that, i dont think spain's goals will be scored mainly by one person. So i dont thinkt he top scorer will be spanish Although, if you combine the goalcount of torres and villa,maybe
