Toure looks set to make a move to the Premiership this season although there is no news on which club as yet. The Barcelona midfielder has been linked with a move to Manchester United in the past and his agent confirmed a few weeks ago that he would not be joining Arsenal.
“If everything goes well, Yaya will go to England,” said Toure’s agent, Dimitri Seluk. “But we can’t talk about definite clubs. We already have a closed deal, and all will be resolved before the World Cup.”
Some sources suggest the midfielder is Manchester bound, although think it might be the blue side he joins, teaming up with brother Kolo. However, Yaya’s agent claimed last year that “if he does leave Barca he will not go to Manchester City because he will sign for a bigger club.”I've learnt it's not what you have in your life, but who you have in your life that counts

I think its Man City because they are the only ones that can really afford his wages.
TRANSFER RUMOURS
England and Chelsea midfielder Joe Cole will snub Manchester City's overtures and instead move to the Blues' London rivals Arsenal after the World Cup.
Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp wants to bring AC Milan's Dutch striker Klaas Jan Huntelaar to White Hart Lane this summer, and is also considering a move for Everton's South African midfielder Steven Pienaar.

Rooney trying to tell Joe Cole to come to Manchester United, while Defoe wants Joe to come to Spurs.
In contrast, our manager hasn’t said anything about Cole publicly, although is a known admirer of the player.
So that just leaves the England camp, the only place he is going to get advice on his future between now and when he has to start making his mind up. The picture above was taken last Friday.
Arsenal don’t have any English players in the squad, whilst Spurs are represented heavily with Ledley King, Aaron Lennon, Michael Dawson and Jermaine Defoe. However, if former Spurs lad Michael Carrick lets Cole know just how much better life is at United, and Wayne Rooney lets on about how happy he is, will Joe be persuaded?I've learnt it's not what you have in your life, but who you have in your life that counts
