I know KObe is playing on a historically unseen level and is pretty much playing out of his fkin mind but without Andrew Bynum (a healthy one) I dont know if the lakers can pull it off.
and lol at espn for trying to put some life into this "rivalry" between the lakers and celtics. Pretty much unless you are at least you are in your early to mid 40s, what rivalry? Not counting this year, Since 1986-87 NBA finals when the lakers beat the celts, the lakers have been to NINE NBA finals winning 5 of them. The celts have been to only ONE NBA final and winning that one against a laker team that only made it to the finals by default cuz nobody else in the western conf. was good enough.
Bottom line is the lakers have always been relevant and the celts were a lottery team for years. Just becasue they used to beat them when almost nobody here was alive means nothing----1990 TM, You will always have a special place in our hearts

When the lakers beat the celts in game 1. You could see the celt's pride looked hurt and you KNEW they were gonna come out kickin ass (even though they got some very questionable calls, 8 3-pointers from allen and a triple double from Rondo to win the game) but last night they looked dazed and confused.
It reminded me of the time after the LSU - UCLA game in 2006 NCAA final 4 when Jordan farmar said of Big baby that he looked like a deer caught in headlights. Ironically, The same 2 players were involved again just on a much bigger stage! It remains to be seen, but if the rest of the players show a sign of life Kobe will do the rest. THIS will be the game of his career and I hope his teammates don't abandon him like game 5----1990 TM, You will always have a special place in our hearts

sadly i didnt have a chance to watch the game last night, but i knew the lakers were gonna win it. first of all, they werent gonna lose game 6 after losing two games in boston. secondly, stern wants it to go to game 7 cause of ratings. kobe is gonna have an animal game tomorrow and a teamate is gonna help him big time (gasol or fisher?). but i think the celtics are gonna win it cause 3 of our 4 scoring starters are probably gonna have an animal game too. enshalla we will come home with the trophy tomorrow nightsigpic
what the world would be if only the majority of people were this good
