As a result I think everyone who placed a bet on the Germany-Uruguay game should receive double the amount they won (except for Bachelot, who should be charged twice the amount).

I have been letting that rule go by for EVERYONE as long as they do it up to 5 minutes before the game. The rules also state that you need to pay yo shyt before the stat of the game which in your cas I let it go that first time, so be quiet!
