With exception to SA (and due to strong islamic laws would not make sense) and Egypt (major infrastructure necessary) no arab country really deserves to host a WC, it would be a shame if a country like Qatar or Bahrain who clearly are not very good at football and damage the game with naturalization and unsportsmanlike behaviorGo Cows!Comment

Qatar has never qualified for a World Cup. Qatar and UAE are more than capable of hosting a world cup.
They can spend billions to prepare for the event.
