Question about Serie A championship rules

    Question about Serie A championship rules

    I noticed if Rome wins both games and Inter wins one and ties another they will end up with the same number of points. NOw this is my question: Is the tie breaker

    1) Goal difference (Inter wins) or
    2) Heads up result ( Roma wins)

    anyone!?

      As far as I know, In the premiership, its goal-difference..in LA Liga, its head-to-head results..

      I researched about the Serie A, and it seems that head-to-head results come first..

      There's a link that shows what happens in every league, if they are level on points in the last game:

          If Inter draws and Roma wins next game, Roma will be 1st because they got 4 out of 6 points from the games against Inter this season while Inter only got 1 out of 6.
