World cup match times for Eastern time zone?

Hey guys, where can I look up the match times?
the fifa website has times which i think are local but they dont have a mechanism to switch the time zones around?

any where i can look up the timings?

I heard from my friends the times are pretty fckud tho like 3AM, 7AM, 3PM something like that all of which im probably asleep or at work

if by Eastern you mean, Toronto, New York time
there are 3 times for 3 matches played every day

first one 7:30AM
second one 10:00 AM
third one 2:30 PM

I feel sorry for you lot.. us in UK have a quite a perfect timing.. 12:00 , then 3, then 7:30

you can press the little icon at the top of the fixtures to change to your local time.

4:30 am and 7:30am i can try to watch live but the afternoon 11:30am ones are harder cuz im at work
