I think Mexico will miss out.
Not quite too sure about the other teams, but Slovenia will battle for USA for second spot.

^Remember teams that don't do so well in pre-WC friendlies often do much better when the tournament actually begins. Mexico normally does well in the group stage and I would given them the benefit of the doubt and give them the 2nd spot at least.
