Europe vs America [Boxing]

yup the title says it all, in the different weigh classes which one of the two have the best boxers?
As it seems right now, then i would say that Europe is best in the higher weigh classes.

America always has and always will have the better boxers. There is more emphasis on the sport there, and in terms of grass roots, the facilities are so much better and obviously that would (and DOES) produce better boxers, whether you consider pound-for-pound or weight class.
