Villa was injured for the european final, this time he is back and deadlier than ever, ready to kick the germans out for good
Spain just struggles against defensive teams, Germany are attacking, they will get raped by Iniesta-Xavi-Villa.

Unfortunetely, I think Germany is going to beat Spain.

They play so aggressive and with power, that if you don't have the strength to match up with them, you're done.

Spain is more of a skilled team with great passing, but against Germany this will be much harder to accomplish.

        Prediction: Germany 2 - 1 Spain

Why does everyone go gaga for the Spanish? Last night was simply the latest in a series of performances in which they've been simply dire. Blaming Paraguay for the fact their quarter-final with the Spanish was boring barring the penalty's is, from my perspective, ignoring the fact that Tiki Taka is rubbish.

Spain seem to lack the understanding that you occasionally need to run at players to pull them out of position and open space for people to move into. Iniesta ultimately seemed to get this idea in the last 10 minutes but my oh my the first half of this game was even worse than the first half of Spain vs Portugal and I thought that'd take some beating.

Perhaps its because I'm not an Arsenal fan but I find it incredibly tedious watching a team passing the ball around aimlessly. In the first half there was 1 shot on target from either team. Awful! The Germans showed the remedy to this 'style' when their quick tempo pressing game put a stop to the Argentine passing carousel, similarly to how Inter did for Barca at the San Siro, and I fancy them to do the same to the Spanish. Only worry is Neuer but then he's only a worry if he has to save a shot and based on Spain's obsession with meaningless possession I think the Germans can already start thinking of the final.

            amazing post.
I definitely think you are older than 13 though with showing this great intelligence and pointing this out.
Germany will outrun Spain's midfield imo, even Klose covers more ground than any other Spanish midfield. Busquets have to man mark Ozil and it won't be easy at all.
you see, that's why I don't like Spain. their fans like Shayan go on saying : "they'll rape Germany with their players"
so arrogant, think they are the greatest ever.

also, funny how people say GERMANY ATTACKS, so it leaves space behind for Spain to have a field day.

take a look at 90% of German attacks this WC. they never over commit players. just see the build up to their 2nd goal vs England.

when Schweini goes forward, Khedira sits back
when Khedira makes a run, Schweini protects the midfield.
when Mertesacker gets done for pace, Boateng intervenes.

Klose come back to half way line to win the possession back, so under-rated.
Muller had an amazing work rate and will be missed, but Germans have Kroos to replace him or even Trochowski (sp.).

Podolski also comes to midfield to win possession.

funny thin is, Germany never commit more than 4-5 players forward to their attack, yet they get it done, because they always make the right pass, and find the right man and are unselfish.

and the rest of their goals comes from brilliant counter attacks, and Spain's defense has been very average so far.

            -------------------------------------------------------------
btw: Pepe Reina may sit on the bench, but he still influences what happens on the pitch
            Casillas:
"I was nervous but also very happy for the team. Pepe Reina, who is a phenomenon, let me know which way Cardozo would strike the penalty and I saved it," he told AS.

you are probably under 18 showing by your posts, so I would get arressted for saying "svck my d!ck"...well the rules in Toronto are like this anyways

you are obsessed with players, and not football.

you are a true fan of capitalistic football.

as I have mentioned, I try my best to discuss football on this international forum, only 5% of members are willing really to do the same.

                it's a shame

while all the Spanish team is celebrating and laughing their ass off

2 gentlemen and class acts are concerned with Cardozo's sadness and disappointment after missing that penalty as he holds himself responsible for Paraguay's exit.

and those 2 gentlemen in that Spain team are Pepe Reina and Fernando Torres...hats off lads

Sure, but since I live in Germany I dont want that they win it else they become so arrogant again
Spain has the best team IMO but we all know that doesnt matter. I hope they win against Germany but it will be really hard.

Hope we see a good match
Whoever wins is going to be champion imo.

For me its the other way around Hussain jaan, I dont understand why I should cheer for the country I live in.
I mean I thank Germany for giving me the opportunity to live here, but that does not mean I have to support their national football team just because I live here. For me its only TM, I personally can not cheer for any other team, simply because the "love and passion" is missing.
