Gerrard was amazing in the first half, but he faded in the second half and didn't drive the team forward. Johnson received England's best player award from most of the papers and pundits because of being a constant threat in both halves from a Right Back. Gerrard, Heskey and Terry were England's second best players tied, and the rest were just average-awful.

I am in love with Gerrard, won't hesitate giving credit to him

never can know a player with one match. these young players like gourcuff , higuain has experiencing their first world cup. stress doesn't allow them to perform at 100 % level

They weren't bad finishes, I thought they were going in, if it wasn't for the keeper.
