Interesting world cup stat

Every country that has won the world cup since It's beginning in 1930 was white, not saying the players, but the country that they were playing for. Pretty fishy don't you think?

if you consider brazil to be a "white" country that means the only "black countries" are the non-arab african countries. Please explain how you find it fishy that countries like namibia and the congo have yet to win a world cup
