France National Soccer team refuses to practice!!!! Director resigns!!
Just coming in from the ESPN (American) commentators, France players refusing to practice, Director of Football resigns! Apparently they're not too happy that Anelka was sent home...
Wooooeeeee..!
fkem they deserve their fate..! I think the situation calls for the French federation to fire domenech and move up blank's start on the job..!
they only refuse to train today in response to anelka being aske to leave by FFF without any proof of him even saying anything, the FFF just heard the media accuse him and sent it home. Its only a one day strike tho, they will be back tommorow i would think.
lol, ESPN was just now interviewing a LeEquip reporter to get the scoop on what's going on and the dumb French directly quote on live national broadcast that " anelka was criticized by the coach and he responded by sayin"" Fvck You Son Of the Bitttch""" etc...
espn guy still appologizing to viewers for that direct quote..!

ESPN: "Please excuse his french, well he is french you know"
wild stuff lol but in all fairness france gets alot of hate, sure they have stunk it up since 08, but its not like their guys make excuses or are very full of themselves or all that, although the federation is run by a bunch of fools
im personally enjoying this fall, one less big team to worry about
France's World Cup in-fighting has reached Presidential level, with Nicolas Sarkozy intervening in the row
Le Bleus players went on strike on Sunday over the decision by the French Football Federation to send Nicolas Anelka home.
Although they were due to train on Monday ahead of Tuesday's clash with South Africa, fall-out from the affair continues.
Sarkozy has requested sports minister Roselyne Bachelot to investigate.
Mme Bachelot told TFI television: "We are taking note of the indignation of the French people and... calling for dignity and responsibility.
"It's not yet the right time to take disciplinary action but that time will come very soon."
Other politicians in France have also expressed dismay at the situation, which threatens to completely derail what has already been an ill-tempered tournament for France.
They have to beat South Africa heavily in Group A to have any chance of qualifying.
