Japan only need a draw against Denmark, too.
If AFC's dream come true, they should get more spots considering the African disaster and AFC is the 2nd largest market after UEFA.
I would say 5~5.5 is fair.

This logic only be applicable if South America also had a raise in its spots as they are demolishing their opposition and are sure to have more than just 2 teams making the next round.
All in all, depending on what the scores end up being I think it's fair to say Africa needs its spots reduced.

Edit: With North Korea's annihilation today I don't think anyone will be considering giving more spots to AFC which would enable teams that finished behind North Korea to advance to the World Cup.

I think the current allocations are good and fair enough to go, at least untill the next wc..!
The only questionable is the oceania's 1/2 seed even now w/o Aussies to even slightly make it a challenge for the kiwis untill they make it to play-offs..! They certainly must play more than just a lousy less than ten games to make it to world cup.
South America could also possibily deserve a 1/4 to 1/2 spot more but everything else is fair enough as is for most part.

South Korea's group was easy, so I don't rate their achivement highly.
Japan won't progress. Denmark is middle powerhouse in Europe and they always advance to the knockout stage whenever they appear at the WC.
Australia is almost over.
North Korea is finished.
