Forlan + Suarez Need to be Picked Up after WC

Suarez scored around 50 goals for Ajax, Forlan is just pure class still confused why United got rid of him... Both have been the striker partnership of the tournament so far. I'm happy Mourinho is in charge of Madrid he's probably already thinking of this.

I think Forlan has actually been the MVP of this tournament thus far. If Uruguay gets past Netherlands next match without Suarez, I think Forlan is the undisputed MVP regardless of what happens to them in the finals.

Forlan has grown as a player in recent years since his move to La Liga.
what a player he's become, but he is now 31, so I doubt he will make a big big move.

as for Suarez, he was linked with United before, but now that they got Hernandez, I doubt he'd go there

Diego Forlan was in the Premiership after a successfel spell in Indepiente. He didn't shine at the Premiership. The game was too quick for him, and was short in confidence. He was always behind Van Nistelrooy in the pecking order. It was very difficult for him. I remember, every time, he had a shot, it would go over.. and when he scored, the fans and players all embraced him. I still LOVE him for scroing two goals vs Liverpool @ Anfield. ' He comes from Uruguaaaay, and made the Scousers crrryyyy' .. Thats my boy!

He went Villareal and witnessed a great scoring run. Then he has joined Athletico and has performed a good partnership and understanding with Aguero. He's international record ain't bad either.

I think Suarez may leave Ajax to a bigger club, but not to United or Chelsea.. Chelsea have just extended Anelkas contract, and they always play one up-front, which is most likely Drogba. Anelka is second-choice, with young Sturridge 3rd choice.. Do they need more? No.

Last year, I remember with 5 games left, he was 5 goals below Eto for the Pichichi and went on a great scroing run and ended up edging Eto for the award. Ever since then, Ive know the blonde bomber was a great player.

Luis Suarez, who scored an incredible 49 goals in 48 games for Ajax last season, has claimed he would be interested in moving to Manchester United.

The 23-year-old striker has scored 3 goals so far in this World Cup but has been at the centre of controversy following his goal line handball which helped Uruguay beat Ghana to reach the semi-finals.

“Manchester United and Barcelona are the elite clubs in Europe,”
Suarez said. “If they call, you listen. I would only leave Ajax for a team in that category.”
