I doubt it. Muller will win it for sure and he deserves it.
Muller had 5 shots on target in this WC and he scored 5 goals!!

If Villa or Sneijder don't score/asssit goals, then Muller will win the Golden Boot..

How he was not nominated for Golden Ball, I would never know???
I've learnt it's not what you have in your life, but who you have in your life that counts

Because he was nominated for young player of the tournament award. You can't get in both

Diego Forlan - This guy is pure class and plays with so much gheyrat.

I remember while watching one of Uruguay's games, the commentator talked about how Forlan dedicates every goal he scores to his sister, who was paralyzed in a car crash and Forlan promised his family he would make enough money to pay for all of her medical bills.

Too bad that last-gasp free kick from Diego went off the bar.

What a goal it would have been!

if there was a mvp award for the wc, forlan would easily win it. without him they wouldn't even think of coming as far as they did.

Yup as of now that's how it should stand, except that I would certainly pick Ozil in 3 and snider 4..!
Ozil reminds me so much of a younger, unpolished karimi..!! Of course he cant dribble even half as good but his movement is very intelligent and seem effortless ..! Yet he Lacks stamina , and often seem unmotivated with no emotion ..!! Its like they have fall back a goal before he get to raise his game..!He is still very young and could just be a bit overwhelmed by all the attention
                @ WC..!
Villa certainly deserve the Golden boot as Muller's goals have been mostly easy tap ins & if Villa has his probable deciding impact in today's final then he would be well worthy of both awards..!

If nobody shines today then it should be Forlan but if either Xavi or Sneijder, will their teams to win with a visible dominance, it should be one of them

so mvp is given to someone in a one man team rather than the best perfromer.

best performer doesnt mean the best goal scorer necessarily. When daei scored 8 goals in 96, it was azizi won the MVP. WEhen Ronaldo scored 8 in 02, it was Kahn who won it so there are two different things
