If nobody shines today then it should be Forlan but if either Xavi or Sneijder, will their teams to win with a visible dominance, it should be one of them

I think tie tiebreaker should go by # of assists and I think David Villa has three, while the others only have one. With that I would give the nod to Villa, but hats off to Forlan for putting an average Uruguay team on his back. It's hard to argue against Forlan because Uruguay made it back to the final four for the first time since 1970.
