Correct but look at it this way... in the last 3 World Cups there have been 10 teams in the last four with no teams there more than once, except Germany that has been there all 3 times:

2002: Brazil, Germany, Turkey, South Korea
2006: Italy, France, Germany, Portugal
2010: Spain?/Holland?, Germany, Uruguay

That's what I wanted to know, so I searched it up. My short attention span didn't allow me to look too far into it, but from what I got - "he always showed signs of intelligence more so than other octopus."
