Wish I could coach this team, even tho I dont know much about basket ball, I think I could greatly improve them.
The fact that i can even say this, says a lot about the quality of professionalism in our management.

there are so many NCAA coaches from small teams that would run this team better. I know it's a long shot, but I see small college USA Coaches as the perfect candidate for our national team.

Such a waste... A player like hamed comes around once in while and it's too bad he is not getting the tactical help he needs. I honestly deep down inside think we proper coaching we could have finished forth in this group, but there is no way we will beat Slovenia.

i just hope haddadi plays the game of his life against US so his coach and other nba teams get to really see him, he can be great in nba if he gets more time but im afraid under memphis politics he'll continue being a bench warmer when many other nba teams can use him as a big man, half of nba doesnt even have a proper center

well guys this is pretty much expected after seeing how poor iran was in warm up games and iran clearly misses afagh's 3 point shots and bahrami's skillz.

Afagh and Bahrami were huge parts of this team. They are missed big time. Too bad they got injured at the worst possible time.

Also keep in mind. Asian basketball is far behind the rest of the world. The gap between European and Asian football isn't even this big.

Definitely, an ncaa coach would turn these players into animals, he have the potential to be top 3 in the world in basket ball, I see absolutely no reason why not.
