what?? pipen one of the greatest of alltime? Are you crazy? Didn't MJ the greatest ever single handedly win all of those 6 championships when he avged 40 pts/ 20 rbs/30 assist a game while shooting 67% from the field?? Didn't he do that?

It's funny how people soon forget about great players in the past. Like you said Pippen got overshadowed because he played next to Jordan just like James Worthy got overshadowed at times because he played with Magic and Kareem. If Pippen were playing in the NBA today no dobut he would be right up there with Kobe in my book. Pippen was just an amazing player he might of been kind of a dick but he should of had the MVP that year when he single handedly put the Bulls on his back and lost to Orlando in the playoffs.

What was great about Pippen was that he was basically a complete player. He was good on offense, defense, rebounding, stealing(wow what a great player when it came to steals) diving on the ball and doing dirty work basically a hard worker. MJ might of gone down as the greatest but he could not of done it without Pippen.

And I"m saying this as a Lakers fan. I got to give it up to the man players today don't D it up like this

Oh and this was back in the day where you had to practically hack the dude before you get called for a foul not if you barely touch the guy and get called for a foul.

To be fair though this is how great the GOAT MJ was in the 1994 Scotty Pippen All Star classic, where MJ hasen't played ball in 14 months look at what the did.

this dude is just sick.. i have been voting for him everyday along wit DRose for the all star game. i wish he was with more legit team. feel bad for Knicks, every time when they have a chance to pick up a great player someone robs them at the draft lol he would fit well with NYK

oh and he is officially now a bulls player thanks to 2k11 :P

his younger brother seth plays for DUKE

ya real nba fans know how good pippen was...and great point by persiantiger about how james worthy played in shadow of magic and kareem. And yea nba fan forums are so bs, they dont know jack shit and even talk shit about their best players as if every other player in the league is like lebron and kobe

i hate how so many sports fans in america just watch HIGHLIGHTS and thats their basis of judging the games....that goes for any sport

Do the Raptors play in the NBA or the D-League? In all seriousness, this years Raptors team has got to be one of the most boring teams in all of NBA history, if not the boringest.

I don't think its a boring team. Unfortunately it does not have a legitimate franchise player. Bargnani has to step up this year or accept being a 2nd level player for the rest of his career.
Also the team is way too weak defensively. Reggie Evans was actually able to help out alot, but he is injured now.
Unfortunately Canada has a really bad reputation in the NBA. Many of the top players just don't want to come to Canada and even when they get here and become good, they bail (Stoudamire, Mcgrady, Carter, Bosh...).
Its really quite sad considering how much talent the team had at the beginning of the millennium.

During the lakers visit to the white house:

"Derrick Rose may have your number," President Obama light-heartedly jabbed at Kobe Bryant as the team posed for a photograph after presenting the President with an autographed replica 2009-10 championship banner, like the one that hangs at Staples Center.

President Obama met with the Los Angeles Lakers in Washington, D.C. on Monday where they participated in community service at a Boys & Girls Club.
Without skipping a beat, Bryant made a similar transition from gracious guest at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington where the Lakers participated in a series of community service projects to a proud player protecting his spot at the top of the pecking order.

"I said, 'If he calls that number, I'll be sure to pick up after the fifth ring,'" Bryant quipped back.

Chicago and NY are definately my sleeper teams to make a run for it in the East. The Knicks can beat anyone with playing Dantoni ball just hit the three ball and hope it goes in, but they can also lose to anyone when they are cold. Right now the Knicks are really hot I just watched the NY Denver game here in Abu Dabi.

As for the Bulls now you guys finally have some players. Booz is definately going to relieve D Rose of someof his responsibilities and that is a serious 1-2 punch. If Noah can play more consistently he can be a good role player that can contribute daily.
Everyone is thinking Miami, Boston, or Orlando but don't count out the Bulls and Knicks. Dude by the way WILSON CHANDLER WHAT A FREAKING STUD!

I don't think Miami is going to make it.

I CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK TO THE USA SATURDAY SO I CAN WATCH NBA GAMES ALL THE TIME. HELL YA F**K ABU DABI!
