yes its already done, he's normally a starter for sweden national team, he was never approached by IFF or team melli coaches on joining
yea there was a bit of buzz surrounding him around Daie's TM reign( i think??) but he crushed any rumor with him having any interest in playing for TM in an Interview, and made it absolutely clear that he was fully focused on progressing his career in Europe and playing for sweden..!!
i think at the time IFF/Daei knew this kid has absolutely No interest in dealing with their BS operations and islamic rules and regulations, hence never did extend a formal invitation for his services..!
in short, he handled the situation of saying NO to TM about as professionally as it possibly could be done..!! if that even makes sense..!!?
shame too, we could soooooooooo use his services..!!

You're wrong my friend.
1. It was Ghalenoi's TM reign.
2. He would have picked Iran if he would have been picked up (before the Swedish coach called him).
We thank and support Mr.Kamran Delan for many years of dedication and service to Iranian Football Community.
