He hasn't had the best of matches, but what a bloody strike. I'm not going to try and describe it? Superb? Exceptional? Stunning? Still haven't done it justice.

If I were to grade that goal out of 10, I would give it a 12!

          Here is a better video:

          I'm left speechless.
Easily the best goal of the year.

              Arash Borhani has done better:

Why couldn't he do this in South Africa?

Better still, why couldn't he pass the ball 2 yards in South Africa?

                      great goal.
specially the winner in a derby that was going for a stalement.

apart from this beauty, the game itself was another disappointment from top EPL games. coaches are way cautious!! man utd only played with rooney on front and city left tevez alone for majority of the game! while in recent weeks, they play much better than 2 strikers, rooney and berbatov, tevez and dzeko...

                      GRACIAS PEP

It's not really a surprise. If we play two central midfielders, it means scholes and another midfielder, physically we will get outnumbered and out-strengthed. It made sense to put the energy of ando and fletch to help them..

                        Cautious, but effective.

i called it in my thread last week: http://www.persianfootball.com/forum...ad.php?t=93228

since its by rooney and the beloved manchester its goal of the year?

marchisio's was by far the nicer one, further away and at an angle, not right infront of the goal like rooney's but since juve is not as hot these days, its just another goal.....when its rooney and messi its all gooo ga ga

yes, but you have to consider the importance of the game as the derby as well the teams' position in the table.
