Ian Holloway has been a breath of fresh air - not just because of the Football he has implemented for Blackpool, but for the press conference he gives. When Mourinho was in charge, I used to listen every thing he used to say, he would speak with wisdom , but with a sense of humour. Now, Holloway has that added ingredient. What he said about Blatter/FIFA was so funny (regarding Qatar).

He's a man thats not afraid to speak, and always sticks to his tactics. Sometimes they backfire, but they are mid-table in the league, and thats fantastic for a newly promoted team with such a low budget and facilities.

It's not just one result, it's their style of play. They play expensive 4-3-3 with non-league players and have more away wins than any other PL teams other than Arsenal, City or Chelsea.

It's their beautiful football that has attracted attention, not beating Spurs for example. watch them for 3-4 weeks in a row and then spout crap here.

they play the second best football in the league after Arsenal....hopefully they'll stay up. Great team to watch

this is a great thread. balckpool runs 100% on team spirit i like what theyre doing as a team.

this team has shocked the world with their results and deserve a ton of gredit for this years accomplishments. they cant be compared to wolves because wolves are very inconsistent whereas balckpool always come ready to play and just play beautiful and attractive football with their hearts. great team
