You guys played an amazing first half (and parts of ET) but Barca was all over Madrid in 2nd half.
Also the game in Bernabeu you draw in the last few minutes at home...and don't forget the 5-0, Barca will beat this same Madrid team at Camp Nou in front of 98K anyday.
This was a very close game, Madrid outplayed Barca in the first half, I cant remember Barca having a shot on target in the first half while Real had great chances to score (Pepe's header was insane).
But Its safe to say Iker saved Real once again losing to Barca, with great saves from Iniesta, Messi and Pedro.
Im proud at how we played, its a final and really could have gone eighter way, Real took their chance, Barca didn't, simple as that. and as long as Villa is in Torres kinda of form, Real can be hopeful of beating Barca in the CL too.
Real Madrid changed a lot after the 5-0. they thought they can beat Barcelona in a attacking style but it was a wrong idea. now Mourinho founds a way and i think we can upset Barcelona once again in the Champions League.
La Liga is over for me but i have so much hope on the CL. i think if we win the first match 2-0 at the Santiago Bernabeu then we can repeat Inter's last year scenario in the CL which they escaped from the Camp Nou. our defense has been so much better this year so it's not far from the truth that we can do what Inter did last year in the Camp Nou. i trust them
Anyway, this season has been a success for me already. even if we don't beat Barcelona in the Semi Final we can still proud of what we did in this season:
1. Winning Copa Del Ray after 18 years with a new coach.
2. Breaking the CL's course (1/8) and reaching Semi Final.
3. Defeating our strongest rival FC Barcelona.
4. Team's mentality & defending improved under Mourinho.
5. Signing great players with low costs.
All these things aren't enough reason to be happy ?

Khedira = 12 million
Ozil = 13 million (was going to be out of contract the year after)
Carvalho 6 million is good business. Vastly experienced defender who loves playing with Mourinho.
Adebayor loan signing has been clever by Mourinho.I've learnt it's not what you have in your life, but who you have in your life that counts

we could have bought Di Maria for lower price but his 40 Million price tag was the problem. Benfica is a wise club in term of selling great players. we had to pay that much otherwise they wouldn't let Di Maria leave their club.
25 Million isn't that much high for a player that scored 10 ten goals and has 19 assist in this season.
Carvalho was really a bargain. added experience to our defense line. he is a true leader.
Khedira still did not proved anything but he's young and can be helpful for us in the future.
Pedro Leon & Canales were disappointing till now.

Pep still has a better head to head against Mourinho but the problem is Mou wins in crucial times (CL Semis, Copa final) and thats why he has beaten Barca in 2 competitions already.
The CL will be a huge battle, if Barca can come out of Bernabeu with a draw or even a small loss like 1-0 or 2-1, we can beat Real and go to the final. A loss of more than 1 goal margin will be impossible with Mou parking the bus at camp nou for sure.

The 5-0 was a learning point for Mourinho and it's obvious he's learned from it quite well. He does what's needs to be done against this Barca. You just CAN NOT go all out against this Barca because your midfield will be smashed with players like Xavi and Iniesta walking out there, and even Messi who moves back to the midfield a lot and starts his dribbles from there.
Mourinho has come up with a strategy in midfield to stop Barca (or at leats limit their chances). As long as wer're capable of doing that, with fast and techniqual players like Ronaldo and Di Maria out there, we have a good chance of advancing to the finals of the CL.
If there is one coach who can stop this Barca, it's Mourinho, and I believe, and hope, he will be able to do that!Persian Pride running through my veins!
Esteghlal for life!!

Barca has a distinct advantage over Real in this CL Semifinals.
Real have these players on yellow cards and will miss the second leg if they get a yellow in Bernabeu (Di Maria, Ronaldo, Ramos, Albiol). And of course Carvalho is suspended for the first game.
on the other hand, no yellow cards for any Barca player
