that being said, i think we should spend more time appreciating how lucky we are to be able to witness this era of football, it just may be the greatest yet... in spain we have easily the two best players in the world playing for the two biggest clubs in arguably the biggest rivalry in the world.. they each scored in a 1-1 in the last derby ffs!! and not only that, look at the EPL! There's 6 teams in the EPL who could easily compete in the Champs league and make it out the group stages!

i agree with appreciation of the game and respecting both BUT I DISAGREE ABOUT THIS ERA being the best, maybe you dont remember the past but there were more world star players in almost every league than there are now.

The article did not say CR is better than Messi, but just SAF praised Ronaldo more, because he was with Ronaldo for many years, and knows how he is day-to-day trianing. He also praised Messi, and if asked whos better.. he said both very good.
