you got 3 new billionaire owners at as roma, malaga and getafe, so for sure they'll be spending cash
then man city and real will most likely bring in someone cuz they didnt win (except the domestic cups) this year

If chelsea can get Neymar and Kaka, that would be a great transfer window, also they need to get a legit right back/winger, Bosignwa is mediocre and Ivanovic is a true CB.

also, i don't understand why Pirlo left the current champions who are also in UCL for a regressing, and depressing Juventus...I would never do that, no matter how much money they would give me
