He now has 51 goals after the goals he got in Irelands 2-0 win in Macedonia

He's an easily likable player - all action and heart, gives a lot for his team without complaining.

i use to like him during his first stink at spurs. he was pretty reliable but as soon as he went to liverpool hes career went down the drain. il never forget his WC 2002 celebration.

never understood what happened to his career....i thought he did well in tottenham and liverpool but somehow he got sidelined and hardly played.

He wasn't that good for Liverpool, he was okay. Just didn't cut it at a bigger club.

When he went back to Spurs, Pavluchenko,Crouch and Defoe were ahead of him in pecking order, then he went on loan to West Ham.

It will be interesting where he goes now, I'm sure he would want to leave Spurs, and Premiership clubs would be interested, because he does bring goals and alot of work-rate upfront.
