    Javier Hernández

27 caps for mexico with 20 goals

with a nearly full season of EPL, CL, Carling cup and Fa cup he's still going strong, currently the highest scorer on CONCACAF Gold Cup with 6 goals and still counting.

no forgetting his 20 goals for united in his debut season, and only costing 6 million. deal of the century!

can he be the man to challenge Daei's international goal scoring record?!?

    don't forget, he's just 23..

however, i don't think he will beat daeis record.

did you see his back-heel goal the other day?

All records are meant to be broken one day, only time will reveal how long daei's record will stand for.

he might be daei's record, 10 goals/year another 10 years and he got it.

He's very talented and now that the international community knows about him, they'll put 2 men on him every time he touches the ball. Yes, records are meant to be broken but I highly doubt he'll surpass Daei's record.

I really feel, much like DiMaggio's 56-game hit streak, that Daei's record may be the record that might not be broken.
