Dutch forward Van Nistelrooy has walked away after a beef with manager Ferguson.
The Dutch media reports that Furgeson told him that he wouldn't make use of him in the upcoming games, not even on the bench.

It's been speculated that Ferguson wants to get rid of v. Nistelrooy now that he's still worth a lot of cash, cause in 2 years he could just move to another club without ManU getting any cash for him since he's transfer free then.


There's been rumors that Real Madrid is interested, but it's not really confirmed yet.

Fergie as a huge ego, but to be fair I didn't believe Man Utd could finish 2nd in EPL and they did it, barely. But Ruud has been their most dominant player over the last 3-4 years. Oh well I wonder if he'd make a switch to Chelsea, he'd be perfect for that club, but I doubt he'd move there.

Amin, brother, it's ok don't worry, lol. Ruud bought this on him self, all the time here you hear rumours that no one at the club likes him any more, and his bust up with Ronaldo a little while ago, even Giggs had an indirect swipe at Ruud in a tv interview. i think if you saw the Middlesbourgh match you could see that was it, he missed a penalty (he's missed a lot this season) and played just awful. i have complete faith in Fergie he knows what he's doing, the only player you list that was a bad descission to get rid off was Beckham and that is cos we didn't have a decent replacement and also cos he bought alot of money to the club, which we desperatly need right now.
and another thing, Fergie may be an a**, but he's the most successful Premiership manager and one of the most successful managers alive.

Update on the Van Nistelrooy situation

I just watched a short interview skysports conducted with him in the Dutch training camp, he said he is really upset that he cant play in Roy Keanes testimonial as he wasn't "allowed" and Alex Ferguson said in MUTV evening news that Ruud didn't walk away, he asked Ruud to leave before the Charlton match and not come NEAR the rest of the Team, also regarding tonight's match he said he would have not let Ruud anywhere near his players, so basically Ruud's united career is definitely over. Once Sir Alex doesn't like someone, that's it. I personally dislike Ferguson for his attitude and i think Ruud is better off leaving.
