    Ronaldinho back for Brazil!!

    Flamengo forward Ronaldinho has been recalled to the Brazil squad for next month's friendly against Ghana at Craven Cottage after a nine-month absence.

    The Ronaldinho, 31, has not featured for his country since a 1-0 defeat to Argentina last November - his only appearance in Mano Menezes' reign as Selecao coach.

    Menezes said: "He is a world champion and I think that having returned to Brazilian football he has recovered from all that he went through.

    "Ronaldinho has become one of the best players in the Brazilian top flight, played with great regularity this season and has become the leader of Flamengo."

    Other notable inclusions in the 24-man group for the September 5 encounter are Real Madrid left-back Marcelo, Cruzeiro goalkeeper Fabio, Porto forward Hulk and Internacional striker Leandro Damiao.

    There was no place for Chelsea midfielder Ramires, but there was room for Santos' versatile Brazil Under-20 international Danilo.

    Goalkeepers: Julio Cesar (Inter Milan), Jefferson (Botafogo), Fabio (Cruzeiro)

    Defenders: Lucio (Inter Milan), Thiago Silva (AC Milan), Dede (Vasco), D Luiz (Chelsea), D Alves (Barcelona), Danilo (Santos), Marcelo (Real Madrid)

    Midfielders: Adriano (Barcelona), Lucas Leiva (Liverpool), L Gustavo (Bayern Munich), Ralf (Corinthians), Elias (Atletico Madrid), Fernandinho (Shakhtar Donetsk), PH Ganso (Santos), Lucas (Sao Paulo)

    Forwards: Ronaldinho (Flamengo), Robinho (AC Milan), A Pato (AC Milan), Hulk (Porto), L Damiao (Internacional), Neymar (Santos).

    Great News to see R10 back in the Brazil line up. They finally realized what they were missing after losing in the Copa America and also to Germany.

      EDIT: kaka10 agha where is kaka? judging by ur username, im asuming hes one of your favorite players lol.

      i havent seen him in a while, is he just being benched at madrid and not getting called up? i know he was injured in march but i thought that was just for about a month or 2 tops

            lol yeah he's been unlucky, he got injured after the world cup and has played sparingly for Real Madrid, and it looks like Mourinho doesn't like him too much and he usually just throws him in the game and doesn't consistently give him playing time. I've heard some rumors that Chelsea, Man City, and Inter are interested in buying him. He needs to go to a club and play regularly again and get back to his good form when he was dominating Manchester United and other top teams when he helped AC Milan win the Champions League and was named Player of the Year. I'm sure he will be called up for the Brazil team, but he needs to get a transfer out of Madrid as soon as possible. And that's my 2 cents

                he needs to get outa there asap! im a big fan of kaka too i like the guy...a very graceful and respectable player and person....he i think he would fit in perfectly in any 3 of those clubs...ofcourse i hope he chooses city though

                  yeah City would be a good choice but if they get Nasri now, then maybe not because they play in a similar position.
