I don't understand what you mean by officially starts in Iran. In that video it just looks like a Brazilian is in Iran teaching a seminar, my Farsi is not that great but I heard something about a Confederation of Brazilian kickboxing, are they going to start bringing in Brazilians to teach MMA or are they just introducing MMA to Iran? Someone inform me.

EDIT: I found another longer video from the same channel, where the guy is teaching them arm triangle chokes, I don't know what the mma scene is like in Iran but it seems this guy was just over from Brazil to teach a few seminars.
