Unlucky to Kamal. He;s just not cut up for the UFC.

Having said that, Khabib was kind of unimpressive, he's striking was just wild and all over he place. His wrestling was very good though. I have a feeling he will be knocked out very soon in the UFC, as wrestling alone is not enough.

Kind of sad about Kamal but honestly, he is 39, this is the hardest he has ever trained, and he couldn't put together any combinations, any good take downs, he just kept going for ONE big punch. This is not a street fight, MMA is like a game of chess, especially against 16-0 opponents.

Best of luck to Kamal in the future.

Kamal really convinced people his wrestling is world class when it's pretty average. Now I know why he didn't use his wrestling before, because it would expose how overrated it is.

****kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk man i cant believe it man , i already had a bad feeling when i saw how kamal came in he looked strange.

i am still shocked that he asked what round it was and if this is the last round man , he was badly damaged and again everything was his own mistake. his coach didnt impress me too man, he had nothing to say.

Kamal will be cut by UFC tonight 100% damn man , he is 39 he says he is 31 but he is 39 man he is too old, habib wasnt impressing i like him very much but imagine habib vs jim miller or so.

shit man i dont know what to say, waited so long for this fight,it was like a dream but kamal is finished, and all the talk about his wrestling is bullshit, he isnt worldclass wrestler. ive never seen him wrestling worldclass , its something they made big in TV he was 1 time 5th or something in olimpic games 10 years ago or so thats all ****kkkkkkkkkk

Well I don't know what you were expecting from him, he never looked good but you just decided to like him because he was Iranian. This isn't that kind of sport man, don't just support a fighter because he's from Iran but support someone who you actually enjoy watching lol. Most of my favorite fighters are Brazilian.

So far all the Iranians in the UFC have just plain embarrassed us and our wrestling lol

Lol Madadi is probably worse then Kamal and he is also 34 years old. He has already lost to 2 nobodies, he won't do sh*t in the UFC. Don't get your hopes up for Iranians in the UFC, unless there is a young prospect who is Iranian but born in USA or Holland or somewhere, you wont be seeing any decent Iranians in the UFC anytime soon.

Ya kamal fooled everyone with the wrestling. He had the ears but then he said he was a gold medalist. Thats bs right? He never won a medal for iran did he?

But ya his biggest downfall was the age. Hes too stiff and slow and also gets tired. I dont know he was much much better against miller and his previous 3 fights i saw him. He used to be able to take hard punches but with this guy it looked like he couldnt take them. Im disappointed he wasnt aggressive enough

man... that was disappointing and very hard to watch. I wanna say I hope to see him again but there is literally nothing good to say about his performance. He didn't land any combinations, didn't cut the distance, his wrestling was horrible, all he was doing was waiting to unload a big right, clearly that didn't work. He seemed to just be far too shaken up but the left uppercut I believe that landed on him. I have to say he accomplished a lot coming from a remote part of Iran and making it to UFC, I am sure we are all very proud of him for that. He tried his best, unfortunately he is too old to succeed in the UFC (39 or not, doesn't matter) I really cannot see Dana White giving him a third chance.. I give it to him, he had 2 tough opponents, but he didn't really show anything in those matches. If he was as fit and as ready as he says he was for that fight, then I guess thats the end of his run. Whatever happens from here Kamal we will still be supporting you and we hope that you open up the path for more Iranians to enter MMA and UFC.

Ok I just watched the replay and wow, Kamal just got played all around. Hands, wrestling, pace, cage control. I don't think he'll get cut from the UFC for losing, I think he'll get cut for the way he lost. I didn't like his corner man either, he seemed passive and I didn't really like his energy in the corner between rds 2 and 3 (I dunno how to describe it but I wasn't feeling it. Watch that video where he's talking about why he loves to wrestle and you see his training. He seems slow and no snap in his strikes. Almost like he's just going through the motions)

I've always thought his hands had a lot of room for improvement but as the commentator said, he kept looking for that big haymaker. If you look at GSP who worked with Freddie Roach, he played the game of jabbing his way to a victory in one fight against K0scheck (i know, haha his name has the word k0s in it lol). I really didn't see much of an improvement in his game.

Also, shogun rua is right. Yes, it's cute that we all love him for being Iranian and representing is but bottom line is, he just isn't cut out for being in the UFC. Nothing wrong with that but he just isn't. Props to him for doing what he did though!

i really hope to see some actual wrestlers of iran try ufc/mma.....we have many iranians that can be good at this if they have the opportunity. But unfortunately not many outlets in iran for them to make it. Kamal migrated and he tried this stuff and he's not even a top iranian wrestler so imagine some or our gold/silver/bronze medalists going for this stuff.
