Exciting Bundesliga Table !

Seriously, Bundesliga is so underrated. There seems to be more competition than in some others leagues the media is talking about all the time:



Its very close there, the top 3 have the same number of points.

I agree, this table is very interesting. Actually according to some web sites, Bundesliga is nowadays the 2nd league in the world after the English Premiership. Surprising also, to see Hamburg consistently struggling this season at the buttom of the chart.

bundesliga is without a doubt a very under rated league....i just laugh when people try to compare to serie a

gladbach who were almost relegated last season have a very smart coach who has made the team a very strong defensive unit with very sharp and well planned counter attacking programs.
the fact that they have talented players both in attack (reus, hanke, herman) defenders (dante) and 19 year talented GK (stegen) who is already having an amazing clean sheet stats is helping them.

unfortunate for them (and bundesliga) though, they will remain a feeder club and in a year or two, they will lose all these talented players and have to start replacing them with new talents.

I've never seen a league table with the top four teams almost same points. I thought premier league was exciting this year.

bundesliga and serie A have always been more competitive than epl and la liga. But the reason bundesliga doesnt live up to serie A is the lack of accomplishments by it's other teams than bayern.

one more thing i gotta add about bundesliga, for the 10 years i followed it more closely cuz of our players, overall i didnt like the way they were being treated. Not so much by the fans but by the teams. Sure they showed love by bringing out players after daei, but there was always this hesitation to let them flourish. whether it was daei, mahdavikia, hashemian, zandi...they had to work extra hard to get a regular spot. Even though they did good when they came in, they would be bench next game or didnt play for a while. While their replacements werent any better if anything, worse. Especially mahdavikia towards his later years, it was kinda embarrasing and he didnt make it any better by begging to stay at hamburg and all that. Then zandi as soon as he joined TM, he got no love from his team while they were being relegated and then he disappeared. Hashemian got ruined by bayern after a phenomenal season and his career went down after that. Azizi was prob the only one that got regular time for 2 years. So ya germans have this weird thing about certain players they like and dont like, i couldnt find their reasoning.

My friend im not hating. I wish and hope that Seria A become what it used to be and i hope that i can watch in future a seria a game without falling to sleep. And your Part with the Iranians in Bundesliga is the biggest ... that i ever heard. Where do you know that they had to work extra hard?? Mahdavikia played over 250 Games for Hamburg he was a starter for more than 5-6years and Hashemian was a starter in Bochum and Hannover even he scored very less in Hannover. And Peter Neururer always prefered Hashemian over other strikers. Mahdavikia was the favorite Player of the Fans in Hamburg. We talking here about professional Football its all about performance, you talking about bad treating, Hamburg gave Mahdavikia a contract of 2,5Mio per year, and we have to be honest, Mahdavikias performance in the last 1-2 season wasnt 2,5mio per year worth. And i remember that one day Hashemian came to late to the training session by Bayern under Magath!! Every other Player would be kicked out of the team but Magath said that Hashemians attitude is great and that mistake is not a problem. That he played less is a other problem, Bayern is one of the 5 best teams in the world (without the help of Berlusconis and Morattis) and we should be happy that they gave three Iranians the chance to play for them
