I know this video and its description is for fun....but as most people know , you can not have an own goal from a goal kick you take against your own goal...if this happens in a real game..ref gives a corner...to opposing team.

^ Why is that? is it a Fifa rule? If keeper can score against opponent why not own goal?

It is FIFA rule...you can score from goal kick by goalie..but you can not score against yourself..unless it touches an opponent and goes in.

Interesting. I didn't know that. I know it would count if the goalie throws it in to his own net using his hand though. So I wonder why not if he kicks it?

              This Video is old though.

^ I am sure FIFA rulling is much older than the video!

A goal kick is a method of restarting play.
A goal kick is awarded when the whole of the ball passes over the goal line,
either on the ground or in the air, having last touched a player of the attacking
team, and a goal is not scored in accordance with Law 10.
A goal may be scored directly from a goal kick, but only against the opposing
                  team
                  Procedure
                  • The ball is kicked from any point within the goal area by a player of the
                  defending team
                  • Opponents remain outside the penalty area until the ball is in play
                  • The kicker must not play the ball again until it has touched another player
                  • The ball is in play when it is kicked directly out of the penalty area
This was directly from FiFA laws of the game....I think the ball must be in play before it is considered a Goal....if a goal keeper picks up the ball in the middle of game the ball is still in play....if he throws it and wind takes it inside his own goal that counts as the ball was in play...but a goal kick is not in play until it leaves the penalty area and until it touches another player...

I think you are right. The "in play" part is the key.
