Bayern is capable of scoring against Chelsea, contrary to Barca.

Bayern can go through the middle, use the wings, play crosses, shoot from outside or score through set-pieces.
Whereas Barca with its short and physically weak players could only go through the middle, playing short passes untill they would be right infront of the goal so that somebody could tap it in.

I want Bayern to win it wholeheartedly now but if you look at the history, Chelsea should be favourites, as any team who beats Barca in the CL knockouts will eventually go on to win it. Liverpool, Man utd, Inter as examples.
